lululemon Brand LaunchLululemon was new to Mexico and struggling to connect with the real fitness community. The perception was that it was too expensive and elitist. The prevailing question was: 'Why ruin expensive gear with sweat?'
We responded by crafting a personal, interactive experience to clarify the brand's purpose. Over four days, the installation functioned not just as a launch event, but as a space for self-discovery that simultaneously built our database and grew our digital communities.
